Payment Methods

1. We offer you safe and easy shopping using your Paypal account.

2. You also can pay by Credit Card. Pay directly by your credit card using safe PayPal service (even without an account). Visa / Delta / Electron/ MasterCard / Eurocard/ American Express/ Discover are accepted.

Terms of Shipping

  • Most orders are shipped the next business day from China. We will notify you if there will be any delay longer than 5 days.
  • All shipping services require your phone number for processing.

Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping by Airmail on retail orders over $CA120.

Shipments from our office in China

  • If the shipment is not for free then it can be sent by Airmail (3-4 weeks) $CA15 or FedEx/DHL (4-5 days) $CA27. Delivery to Canada is $CA13 on orders over $CA120.
  • Note: we do NOT ship orders including batteries and/or grease from China by Airmail.
  • Duties and Taxes will be charged upon the delivery and are under the responsibility of the customer. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied by your country when the package reaches it.
  • We ship your international package DDU ("Delivered Duty Unpaid") and do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
  • For more information regarding your country's custom policy, please contact your local customs office.
  • Remote Areas Shipping. If your place of destination is listed as a remote area by FedEx/DHL some additional payments for express shipping may be required. Our manager will contact you in such case and inform you about the additional rates. In case the rates appear too high for you we may offer you to return the money and cancel the order.

Responsibility for Shipping and Missing/Damaged Parts

  • Pay your attention to the fact that batteries may not be packed in separate containers, but may be put inside flashlights.
  • The order should reach you in complete and good condition. Please check your package before signing the delivery driver's paperwork (or immediately at the post office) to verify that you have received everything you ordered.
  • If some items are missing or damaged, please mark them on the delivery driver's paperwork. Remember that if you do not do it neither delivery service nor our company can bear the responsibility for missing or damaged parts.
  • We accept claims for completeness and safety of the package during 24 hours from the moment you have received it.
  • Claims for the safety of the flashlight`s individual package (flashlight box) we accept only if the outer package is safe.
  • These measures will allow us to avoid misunderstanding in future and let us solve your problems on-the-fly.

The seller is not responsible for the delivery. The seller does not accept any claims concerning delays and shortages.
